Birth Doula Service (hospital, birth center or home birth)
During pregnancy:
- Prenatal visits (usually 2) to go over how your pregnancy is going, your thoughts and expectations about birth, any questions or concerns you or your partner are having, as well as creating a birth plan that will help us see how we can work best together.
- Availability by phone, e-mail, or text for any questions you may have.
- Educational information, resources, and referrals.
During your labor & birth:
- Early labor support in your home if desired.
- Help managing labor pain with such methods as: massage, relaxation, breathing, position changes, and aromatherapy.
- Suggestions on how to help labor progress if wanted.
- Constant physical & emotional support.
- Providing relief for your partner.
- Safeguarding the birth space if needed.
- Birth Photography
After birth:
- Any help needed getting comfortable after the birth.
- Lactation help. Referrals available.
- A minimum of 1 postpartum visit at home to hear how you are doing, listen to your birth story, give breastfeeding support.
Cost: $ 650
We request a $200 deposit at the first prenatal visit and the balance is due at the 2nd visit
(If needed, we are happy to work with you on alternative payment arrangements.)
We love working together as a team, so if you feel you might benefit from having two doulas at your birth, please talk with us.

Birth is a special event and we want to help you capture these moments. As part of our service, we can provide birth photography during your labor and birth. This service is INCLUDED in the price, if you desire!
